Can I have my coffee subscription grinded since I I don't have a coffee grinder? Yes of course. We use an EK43 grinder which is considered the Royals Royce of grinders so we can grind it for you. You just need to send us an email with your desired brew method and we can grind it perfectly for your coffee setup.
Can I order a subscription from outside Norway? Yes we have members all over the world. Please understand sending anything from Norway is not cheap so shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship also without tracking so the cost is sustainable for our members.
When do you roast and ship my coffee? We roast the 3rd week of each month and ship subscriptions the last week of the month. We do this since the first two weeks of the month can get pretty busy so we like to have the time and focus to send out subscription coffees at the end of each month.
Can I change one of my coffees in my order to something else?Yes thats no problem. If you order 2 or 3 coffees then you can change one coffee to either our filter or espresso blends.
Can I pause my subscription or continue it at a further time?Yes no problem. If you send us an email before the 10th of each month we can pause your subscription until your ready to continue it. No Problem.
I am moving can you send my coffee to a new address? Yes no problem. Just give us notice before the 10th of each month and we can change over to your new address.
